POLICY CHANGE 2025

As part of our new policy for 2025, we now require all new clients' dogs to attend an assessment day prior to their check-in date. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs and staff. During the assessment, we’ll be evaluating the following: Dog aggression Likelihood to damage property Fence running at other dogs Risk to staff Excessive barking Assessment cost - $20. If your dog isn't entirely dog-friendly, that's understandable to some degree. However, we will not be accepting dogs that are dog-aggressive or consistently try to attack others through the fence. We do these assessments on Fridays. Please let me know what Friday would suit. Drop-off will be between 8:00–10:00 AM, and pick-up will be from 4:00–6:00 PM. Please bring your dog on a collar and leash. Additionally, please send over her C5 vaccination certificate.

    • Photo Updates: We love sharing moments of your pet’s stay with you! We provide a minimum of one photo update during their visit (depending on the length of stay). If you'd like more, you can add this service for additional updates to see how your pet is doing.

  4. Pre-Stay Meet & Greet:

    • Meet & Greet Sessions: For first-time clients, we offer a half-hour meet-and-greet session on a day prior to the boarding, to ensure your pet is comfortable with the environment and the staff before their stay.

  5. Health and Grooming:

    • Medication Administration: If your pet requires any medication, we are happy to administer it as needed to ensure their health and comfort.

    • Grooming Services:

      • For stays of 3 days or less, we provide a rinse, towel dry, and spray to freshen up your pet.

      • For stays longer than 3 days, we offer a more thorough shampoo, towel dry, and spray to keep your pet looking and feeling great.​

SNIFFARI – 30 Minutes $30 per dog Let your dog take the lead on a fun adventure! On a Sniffari, your pooch gets to guide us wherever their nose takes them. It’s the perfect way for them to explore, enjoy themselves, and get a great mental workout. 🐾 Note: Each dog is different, so we can’t predict how far we’ll go, but rest assured, they’ll have a blast! 🐾 Solo or with one other dog: This experience is done individually or with one playmate. SPA PAMPER Service Treat your dog to a relaxing and refreshing grooming experience! Our SPA PAMPER includes: Brushing to remove tangles and loose fur Shampoo & Conditioner to cleanse and nourish their coat Blow Drying for a smooth, shiny finish Cologne Spritz to leave your dog smelling fresh and fabulous Starting at $25 per dog, this service ensures your pooch looks and feels their best!

PADDOCK WALK – 30 Minutes $30 per dog | $15 for additional family members Perfect for energetic pups or those who love their daily walks! Our Paddock Walk takes your dog on a scenic 30-40 minute stroll (about 4km) along a peaceful dirt road outside the resort. 🐾 Dogs are walked in small groups of up to 3, depending on size and temperament. 🐾 If your dog isn’t a fan of other dogs, they can still enjoy a solo walk. A great way for your dog to stretch their legs and explore the outdoors! 🌳🐕

Pet Update – $3 per update Need more than just one update every 5 days? Add on Pet Updates to stay connected and get more frequent snapshots of your pet during their stay. Stay in the loop with as many updates as you’d like! 📸🐾

requirements

  • All puppies must be at least 16 weeks of age before staying with us

  • C5 Vaccination for all dogs. If your dog is due for their vaccination during their stay please make sure this is  done prior

  • We will not take female dogs on heat (please be honest as it makes our job much easier) ​

  • Dogs must be flea and worm FREE! If your dog is found with fleas or worms, they will be treated and a fee will be charged to your bill​

  • A 50% deposit must be paid at least 7 days prior to your stay. If no payment has been made, we will cancel your booking (unless contact of other arrangements have been made)

  • If you are boarding your senior pet, please ensure they have a health check prior to staying with us, especially if it's a week or more
