Why do you have set times for arrival and departures?

​

We have set times so that we can ensure the correct care is provided to each pet that comes and stays with us and feel that it will allow us to stick to our daily schedule better.

Why do you offer a meet and greet?

​

Leaving your pet somewhere new or for the first time can be daunting for you and your pet and that is why we have decided to offer a organised meet and greet so you and your furry family feel comfortable with us.

Are you closed for drop offs and pick ups on public holidays?

No.

Can I bring my pets food?

​

Absolutely!

Do you administer medication?

​

Yes.

Is there security?

​

The owners live next door to the resort as well as padlocked gates when we leave for the night.

If my pets need medical care, what happens in that situation?

If emergency care is needed we will try to contact you first and then take your pet to the local vets to get the care required. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will still take your pet to the vets.

Is bedding supplied?

​

It most certainly is, however please feel free to bring your pets bedding if you like. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any damage done to the bedding.
