Puppy Preschool

 

Our puppy preschool course has been put together by qualified dog trainers. Olivia works at our pet resort and is a newly certified dog trainer and will be under direct supervision until she learns the ropes by the experienced dog trainer Rachel Townsend from the Honest Canine. Both have completed their training through NDTF in Melbourne.
Our 4 week course is designed for puppies between the ages of 8-16 weeks (at the time of the first class). Our training is run outdoors at All4paws Pet Resort in Barnawartha North - 15mins from Alb/Wod. There are 4x 60-minute classes. Our puppy preschool is designed to be fun, interesting, safe and interactive. We want you walking away feeling confident and knowledgeable to continue training your puppy.
We can help you with as much positive training techniques and advice as you like so long as you are willing to put the time in with your puppy as this is what will help shape their future.
 

All puppies should be up to date with their vaccinations and must have their first vaccination before the first class.

 

6-8 weeks - first vaccination

10 - 12 weeks - booster vaccination

14 - 16 weeks - final vaccination
 

Course Outcome but not limited to:

• Building strong communication with your puppy

• Leash skills for now and moving towards off leash work

• Troubleshooting unwanted puppy behaviours

• Crate training and building good sleep and settling habits

• Guided play time at the end of every class

• Handouts

Life time access to video lessons of coursework plus more as we know sometimes it can be overwhelming not just for the puppy but you too. This sets you and your puppy up to be able to easily do the work outside of the class environment.
